In addition to the characteristics of a single machine, it also effectively solves the disadvantages of a single machine and a single connection that occupy a large space and cumbersome manual operation. The equipment is synchronized in and out of the bottle, the power is consistent, the steps are simplified and centralized, convenient, and the production efficiency is greatly improved. It is widely used in gas-free packaging production lines with a high degree of automation, such as wine, condiments, medicines, beverages, and fruit juices.

Ⅰ. Features of the bottle washer

(1) The use of flexible manipulators to grasp the bottle, turn the bottle, rinse the bottle, control the bottle, turn over and reset, and discharge the bottle, etc., to achieve fully automated production.

(2) Continuous tracking rinsing has high efficiency and stable rinsing effect.

(3) Using Delta frequency converter, frequency conversion speed regulation, speed control.

(4) The introduction of foreign technology, the research and development of the turning manipulator has the advantages of grasping the bottle positioning, turning freely, good sealing performance of the flush valve, and high rinsing force, and the bottle mouth is neutral.

(5) In and out of the bottles, the bottle guide screw and dial of the CNC engraving processing center are used to guide the bottles into the bottle inlet track, which effectively solves the problems of squeezing, jamming, blocking and breaking bottles.

(6) After just pressing the lift button and changing the corresponding bottle diameter dial, you can replace bottles with different bottle diameters and bottle heights, and the adjustment is convenient and free.

Ⅱ. Features of filling machine:

(1) Large range: Suitable for bottle diameters of 60-100mm, bottle heights of 220-350mm, wide filling capacity range and easy adjustment.

(2) Liquid level: The filling level does not change with the bottle volume, and the filling level is consistent.

(3) No dripping and leakage: tightly sealed, broken, leaking bottles and no bottles automatically do not fill, no liquid, the filling valve isolates the air and the return of the wine to prevent the oxidation of the wine.

(4) No bottle breaking: The elastic bottle holding device is adopted, the bottle height error is automatically adapted, soft start, soft brake, no rigid impact, no bottle breaking and damage to the machine.

(5) The introduction of foreign filling technology, the use of negative pressure equal position filling valve, good bottle feeding guide, fast liquid level filling speed, so that the product is better than the same industry standard.

(6) The bottle-in process has flexibility and overload protection to prevent broken bottles from damaging the machine.
