Ⅱ. System description
1. Raw water tank: stainless steel container for temporary storage of raw water.
2. Raw water pump: pressurized system, pressurized raw water to the pretreatment system.
3. Sand filter: FRP container. Filled with fine quartz sand, mainly to remove the silt, rust, colloidal matter, suspended matter and other harmful substances that are above 20um in the raw water and make the pollution index less than or equal to 2.
4. Carbon filter: filled with nutshell activated carbon, which mainly removes chroma, peculiar smell, biochemical organic matter in the water, reduces the residual chlorine value in the water, pesticide pollution and other pollutants harmful to the human body.
5. Softener: It is filled with cationic resin to remove the hardness in water. The hardness of water is mainly composed of calcium (Ca2+) and magnesium (Mg2+) ions. When the raw water containing hardness ions passes through the resin layer in the water softener, the Ca2+ and Mg2+ ions in the water are exchanged and absorbed by the resin, and the material is released at the same time. Sodium (Na2+) ions, the water flowing out of the water softener is softened water with hardness ions removed.
6. Precision filter: Set a precision filter before the reverse osmosis host to further purify the water to optimize the turbidity and chromaticity of the water, and the RO system water inlet condition requirements.
7. High-pressure pump: Choose a vertical stainless steel high-pressure multi-stage centrifugal pump for pressurizing water to the reverse osmosis membrane.
8. Reverse osmosis membrane: The role of reverse osmosis membrane is to remove heavy metal substances and other impurities that are harmful to the human body in the water. In addition to the extremely high salt removal rate, the reverse osmosis membrane in the system is characterized by high resistance Pollution and chemical cleaning resistance.
9. Pure water tank: stainless steel container. Temporarily store pure water produced by reverse osmosis equipment.
10. Control system: The host has the following functions:
