Main features of the production line:
The line mainly consists of a single machine such as a bottle brushing machine, a bottle washing machine, a high-precision quantitative filling machine, a quality inspection lamp, a bottle conveying machine, a capping/stopping machine, a dryer, and a tape sealing machine. The production capacity of this line is 3000-6000 bottles/hour, and users can choose different equipment configurations for combined installation according to their own production needs.
The main workflow of the production line:
1. After the bottle is brushed by the bottle brushing machine, the wine bottle is flushed and controlled by a chain-rail punching machine (the punching machine has a single-row chain-rail type or a double-row chain-rail type, which can be selected according to actual needs)
2. The wine bottle is punched and meets the filling requirements, and then it is filled by a negative pressure automatic filling machine
3. After the filling is completed, check the filling quality through the quality inspection lamp, and check the filling quality for foreign matter, and then perform plugging. The line equipment is a fully automatic plugging machine
4. After plugging, use the automatic rubber cap heat shrinking machine to seal the bottle top rubber cap
5. After the rubber cap is heat-shrinked, the bottle body is dried by a dryer for labeling (the dryer has two types of ordinary dryers and air knife dryers, available for users to choose)
6. Labeling. Labeling can be done manually or by a fully automatic labeling machine. At present, most manufacturers use fully automatic labeling machines for labeling, with high production efficiency and stable quality
7. The last step is to seal the box.
