Ⅰ. Main features

RS-2 automatic rubber cap and cap grinding machine is a kind of rubber cap and aluminum foil cap sealing equipment with simple structure, reliable work and convenient operation. The main purpose of the single-head rubber cap heat shrinking and rolling capping machine (referred to as the cap grinding machine) ), suitable for rolling and sealing various PVC caps and soft metal caps on the bottle mouth. The effect is smooth and flat, beautiful and generous, and can be used in the liquid filling industry such as liquor and beverages. Its characteristics are: simple structure and working principle, easy operation and reliable work. Easy maintenance, few failures and long equipment life. The stepless speed regulation of the motor can adjust the working speed according to the production of different speeds.

Ⅱ. Installation and debugging

Rubber cap heat shrink

1. Loosen the fastening bolts on the sliding sleeve of the heat shrinkable head and turn the adjusting handwheel to adjust the height of the heat shrinkable head to adapt to different bottle heights.

2. Manually adjust the continuously variable transmission on the motor to adjust its working speed.

3. Adjust the current control knob on the electric panel to adjust the heating temperature of the heating head.

Cap grinding machine

1. Connect the power supply and turn the start-stop switch to the start position. Press the switch to lower the grinding head to the bottom.

2. Put the bottle next to the roller head, loosen the locking bolt in front of the adjusting bracket, turn the screw on the right side of the machine, make the lower edge of the roller head 15mm lower than the bottom edge of the soft cap of the bottle mouth, tighten the locking bolt. Place the bottle under the roller head and click the switch to align the copper indenter with the bottle mouth. Rotate the start-stop switch to the right to start the machine and turn the speed control switch to adjust the speed.

3. After entering the bottle and start sealing, observe whether the edge of the soft cover is closed by the machine. If it is not well received, lower the machine a little.

4. After formal work, if wrinkles are found, the rubber ring can be adjusted downwards; if the writing is worn out, the rubber ring can be adjusted upwards, or check whether it is stuck.

5. When you want to stop, just press the start-stop switch with your hand, and the machine will stop.

Ⅲ. Lubrication and maintenance

1. Taking into account the security, it is strictly prohibited to perform auxiliary work related to the operation without cutting off the power supply.

2. The grounding wire is required after the machine is installed, and the power supply installation needs to meet the safety requirements to prevent leakage.

3. The lubricating oil of the reducer should be replaced regularly, usually every 3000 hours, using HL-200 lubricating oil.

4. Rubbing all movable joints and the groove wheel device under the dial, grease must be applied regularly.
