Solutions to problems in the production process of edible oil filling machines

1. Whether the speed throttle valve and the filling interval throttle valve are closed, and the throttle valve cannot be closed;
2. Whether there is any foreign matter in the quick installation three-way control valve, if so, please clean it, whether there is air in the quick installation three-way control valve and the skin tube of the filling head, if there is air, try to reduce or eliminate the air;
3. Whether all the sealing rings are damaged, if damaged, please replace them with new ones;
4. Whether the valve core of the filling nozzle of the edible oil filling machine is jammed or delayed in opening. If there is a jam, reinstall the valve core. If the opening is delayed, the throttle valve of the thin cylinder needs to be adjusted;
5. The elastic force of the up and down compression coil spring in the quick-installed three-way control valve, adjust the elastic force of the spring, if the elastic force is too large, the check valve will not open;
6. Whether the filling speed is too fast, adjust the filling speed throttle valve to reduce the filling speed;
7. Whether all clamps and hose buckles are well sealed, check and correct;
8. Whether the magnetic switch is loose, please lock it after each adjustment.
9. If the edible oil filling machine fills unevenly, the joint is tightened at the end, there is air leakage, and it needs to be tightened further.
10. If the edible oil filling machine rotates normally, but no dispensing liquid is discharged. First, check the valve for foreign matter, and clean it immediately if there is any; check whether the upper and lower thimble in the valve are placed incorrectly. The correct method should be that the tips of both thimbles are facing down, and they must not be installed backwards.
11. If the crank cannot rotate normally after starting up. The handling of this situation is relatively simple. The upper fixing rod is lowered, and the inner and outer tubes are firmly pressed when the syringe is pushed, so that the crank cannot be rotated. The nut should be loosened, and the upper fixing rod is moved up to a proper position, and then the nut is tightened. If the inner and outer tubes are not clean and jammed when the syringe is assembled, the syringe needs to be removed for cleaning. Observe that the injection system is installed at the end of the bearing. To make it not work properly, it must be reinstalled.
